The Customer requests assistance, High5 Branding staff member visits business and takes pictures as well as measurements (this can also be done by customer to speed up the process), Mock-ups as per customer’s requests are drawn up and e-mailed to customer for approval, customer requests changes or approves mock-ups, production and installation commences and once completed the customer is supplied with “before” and “after” photos.

Lead times may vary according to job specifications; however standard lead time is 10 working days from approval.
